Join us for an evening of camaraderie and fellowship with your friends and colleagues during VCCIS' inaugural in-person conference. 

The VCCIS Gala Dinner will offer a warm and celebratory evening featuring the Radisson Plaza Hotel’s polished banquet service. Guests can expect a beautifully prepared buffet drawing from the hotel’s full-service culinary offerings—ranging from elegant entrées to thoughtfully curated sides and desserts. In keeping with VCCIS’s commitment to inclusivity, gluten‑free, vegetarian, and vegan options will be available, ensuring that all attendees can enjoy the meal comfortably.

The Radisson’s banquet team is known for professional service, contemporary presentation, and high‑quality ingredients, creating a dining experience that feels both refined and welcoming.

Whether guests are reconnecting with colleagues or meeting new collaborators, the Gala Dinner will provide a relaxed, convivial atmosphere—an ideal way to celebrate the conference and the VCCIS community.

Use this form if you want to sign up for the gala dinner separately from your conference registration. The cost to attend is $70.00 USD per person through September 30, or $90.00 per person after October 1. If you signed up for the gala dinner on the registration form, there is no need to sign up again. Each person must sign up individually. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your dinner reservation fees if you cancel after September 30 or are a "no show" on the evening of November 11.
