The 2026 International Conference on Veterinary and Comparative Clinical Immunology is a RACE-accredited continuing education conference designed for general and specialist veterinarians, biomedical scientists, specialists-in-training, veterinary technicians, and students. Internationally renowned speakers with expertise in veterinary internal medicine, clinical pathology, vaccinology, immunopathogenesis, and immunogenetics will deliver state-of-the-art presentations in areas relevant to both small and large animal clinical practice. Recent trends and best practices will be discussed, as well as future advances. Keynote and lightning lectures, panel discussions, and abstracts of cutting-edge research presented in poster and verbal format, will make for an engaging and interactive learning environment that aims to deliver practical information attendees can use to inform their clinical practice and knowledge of future trends in the field.

Learning Outcomes

After attending this live conference, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and discuss emerging trends in the diagnosis and treatment of immune-mediated disease in small and large animals;
  • Summarize advances in vaccines for small and large animals, citing specific examples of each;
  • Outline and assess current hypotheses for genetic predisposition to, and pathogenic triggers for, immune-mediated disease;
  • Describe novel immune therapies for cancer.

A specially priced block of rooms is being held until 5:00 pm Eastern, Monday, October 19, 2026, or until the room block fills, whichever comes first. When making your reservation by phone, be sure to ask for the VCCIS conference rate of $174 per night (plus tax and parking). After October 19, 2026 reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only. A link to reserve a discounted room can be found above.

Please note: Attendees who book their room through an online, third-party services (Hotels.com, Expedia.com, Priceline.com, etc.) are not eligible to receive the concessions listed above.

RACE Accreditation

This program has been submitted, but not yet has been approved for eleven (11) hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval. Credit may only be requested during the live presentation. On-demand viewing post-conference will not qualify for CE credit. To request RACE CE credit, complete the registration form and be sure to include your license number(s), and jurisdiction(s).

Attendance Policies

Attendee Cancellations, Substitution and Refund

The course tuition is refundable, minus a $100 processing fee (professional and industry) or a $50 processing fee (student, resident, or fellow) if your cancellation is received in writing (email) no later than 5:00 pm Eastern, Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing by 5:00 pm Eastern, Wednesday, September 30, 2026. After this date, under no circumstances will refunds, credits, or substitutions be granted. No refunds or credits will be given to "no shows." No refunds shall be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, civil unrest, pandemic, etc. 

Family / Guest Attendance Policy

All conference activities are exclusively reserved for paid conference attendees. Children and family members are not allowed to attend meal functions or permitted in the general session room with the exception of the (optional) gala dinner in which everyone is invited to attend at the expense of the attendee.

VCCIS Conference Modification

VCCIS reserves the right to modify the course's schedule or program as necessary. 

Recording and Photography Clause

VCCIS reserves exclusive rights to record (audio and video) and / or photograph all conference proceedings for use in marketing materials, presentations, and course content sales.
